News reports abound that there is life in the Real Estate market.  Although pricing is still an issue, sellers are becoming more attune to market forces and reducing prices.

As we discussed earlier, there is an abundance of buyers just waiting for pricing to reach their income and finance criteria.  When they find properties that meet that criteria they are ready, willing and able to become homeowners. 

MSNBC was reporting various builders stocks and housing indexes all reaching a trough point, where the index is neither moving up or down.  Trend watchers feel this may indicate a bottom where prices and sales will begin to rise, although we expect slowly for the next 6-12 months.

Nobody can predict a bottom, and anyone that purchases at that time, will not likely know about it for quite some time, as the stragglers begin to dip their toes in the market. 

There is still a lot of investment interest from Hedge Funds and other investment groups picking up builder inventory at substantial discounts although some builders like Lennar continue to live in denial and not discount to reduce inventory.
