Florida Home Buyers and Investors Blog 80 Homes SOLD in 4 Days! April 2nd, 2008 9:18 AM No lie!  Buyers FLOOD the Coral Lakes community in Cape Coral last week.  Coral Lakes is a large subdivision that was built by Engle Homes, a division of TOUSA Inc.  who is currently in bankruptcy.  Engle Homes sold 116 homes and townhomes to an investment company who in turn flipped them at firesale pricing so low that it created a wave of buyers that caused traffic jams, fights, and a down right feeding frenzy like we have not seen since 2005.
